Our Services
Our organisation provides a variety of high-quality services to assist companies in streamlining their operations and achieving their objectives.

Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
According to the most effective outlet, we are using several processes for the alteration. For designing and process research, the organisation has a very skilled workforce.
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
It is the process of purification of Sewage water and reusing for Gardening, Agricultural and other general Purpose. Treated Sewage water is purified and maintained as per the Pollution control board norms.
Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
Water treatment plants (WTPs) are establishments that purify water by removing toxins, pollutants, and impurities in order to make it suitable for human consumption or other applications. The fundamental procedures carried out in a typical water treatment plant are as follows:
- Coagulation and Flocculation: The first stage in the treatment of water involves adding chemicals to the water to coagulate and flocculate the contaminants, making them easier to remove. The addition of coagulants to the water, such as aluminium sulphate or ferric chloride, aids in the development of flocs that are simple to remove.
- Sedimentation: The water is allowed to settle in a sedimentation tank after the coagulation and flocculation processes. The sludge that forms when the heavier flocs settle to the tank’s bottom is removed.
- Filtering is the following stage. To get rid of any contaminants that could still be present, the water is run through sand or gravel filters.
Disinfection: To get rid of any leftover germs after filtration, water is disinfected. For this reason, chlorine, ozone, or UV light are frequently utilised.
pH Correction: The water’s pH is changed to bring it within the range that is suitable for eating.
Storage and distribution: A system of pipelines is used to transfer the cleaned water to residences and businesses after being stored in reservoirs.
Zero Liquid Discharge Plants (ZLD)
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Plants are wastewater treatment facilities with the goal of never discharging any liquids. The fundamental procedures carried out in a typical zero liquid discharge plant are as follows:
The wastewater is screened to remove large debris and particles, and chemicals are added to the wastewater to change its pH level.
Using physical and chemical treatment techniques, dissolved solids and suspended solids are taken out of the wastewater during the primary treatment stage.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is used to remove dissolved solids and other pollutants from wastewater. In order to separate the water from the pollutants, the water must be passed over a semi-permeable membrane.
In order to achieve zero liquid discharge, additional treatment must be applied to the concentrated brine solution produced by the reverse osmosis process.
A crystallizer is used to separate the solid salt crystals from the leftover water after evaporating the water from the concentrated brine.
The residual water from the crystallizer is transferred to a thermal evaporator, where it is heated to a high temperature and evaporated, collecting the remaining salts in the process.
All of the waste materials produced throughout the process, including the salt crystals, are carefully disposed away.
Rain Water Harvesting (RWH)
Harvesting Rainwater in All Forms
- Collecting and storing rainwater in natural tanks or reservoirs is known as rainwater harvesting.
- The collection and depositing of rainwater for on-site usage as opposed to letting it runoff.
Ultrafiltration/Reverse Osmosis (UF/RO)
- Semi-permeable membranes are used in both the UF and RO water treatment processes
- RO is used to extract dissolved salts and minerals.
- UF is utilised to remove particles and molecules. In water treatment facilities as well as in industrial and commercial settings where high-quality water is required, both UF and RO are frequently used.
