Sewage Treatment Plant

Sewage Treatment Plant

The process of purification of Sewage water and reusing for Gardening, Agricultural and other general Purpose.

STP – Technology Options

According to the most effective outlet, we are using several processes for the alteration. For designing and process research, the organisation has a very skilled workforce.

MOVING BED BIO REACTOR (MBBR) / FLUDIZED AEROBIC BIOREACTOR (FAB)
SEQUENTIAL BATCH REACTOR (SBR)
MEMBRANE BIO REACTOR (MBR)
UPFLOW ANAEROBIC SLUDGE BLANKET (UASB) REACTOR

Types of STP

There are 3 types of STPs as follows:

Instead of the sewage flowing through continuously, it is  in batch operation in two parallel tanks. Sewage is filled in one tank and aerated and settled and treated sewage and sludge is obtained. When one of the tank aeration is going on, sewage is let into another tank. Once aeration is stopped in first tank, it starts in second tank. The main advantage is it avoids a separate settling tank.

In MBBR/FABR, in the aeration tank, PVC media are provided in so that more surface area is available for the bacteria to grow. These PVC media are like “bobbins” in a sewing machine and are patented stuff. The main advantage is the volume of aeration tank can become much smaller.

In this, membrane sheets are suspended in the aeration tank itself and the treated sewage is sucked out through the membranes with the help of vacuum pump and secondary settling tank is avoided. The main advantage is that very fine quality of treated sewage free of microbes can be obtained as the membranes filter out these microbes.
